The 12 semester hour Agile Lean Graduate Certificate is designed for students with a desire to understand the principles and practices of Agile Lean project management methods.

The Grad Certificate provides students with a thorough understanding and application of Agile Lean frameworks used in project management and product development. The certificate builds upon an Agile Project Management with Scrum course to prepare students for experiential courses in applying Scrum to real-world projects, conducting new product development with Agile, and leading Agile Lean transformations in organizations.

To complete the Agile Lean Certificate at Harrisburg University, a student must also complete the necessary requirements for the PSM I or PSPO including passing the relevant exam from Scrum.org.
