Shaun Donovan Joins Allegro

Allegro Learning Solutions, LLC is excited to announce Shaun Donovan as our new Executive Partner for Workforce Development. Shaun brings over 15 years of economic and workforce development experience to his role at Allegro. Most recently, Mr. Donovan was Director of Regional Workforce Partnerships with the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC (Capital Regional Economic Development Corporation.)

At Allegro, Mr. Donovan will be responsible for partnerships and grant opportunities for workforce development. He will focus on partnerships between employers, education, and workforce organizations to improve the outcomes of workforce initiatives.
“Shaun brings an impressive amount of knowledge and passion to this position”, said Allegro Learning Solutions Managing Partner, Joel Kline. “His knowledge of the people, problems and partnerships for workforce development will support Allegro in building solutions for the workforce industry, remarked Kline.
Allegro’s Founding Partner, Jogi Daita, noted that Mr. Donovan is a natural fit for Allegro. “Shaun’s passion for the achievable workforce and economic outcomes is a great fit for Allegro Learning Solutions. Shaun is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance and Duquesne University with a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Business Ethics.
Outside of work, Mr. Donovan is a volunteer firefighter who is active with the West Shore Bureau of Fire. He is also active in the community as a member of the Wormleysburg Planning Commission, Little League baseball coach, and volunteer with his son’s Boy Scout Troop. Shaun lives in Camp Hill with his spouse and son.
