Apprenticeship Design

Allegro designs, builds, and manages apprenticeship and on-the-job training programs that create structured pathways from learning to employment. We can develop a formal Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) or design an unregistered program that mirrors the structure and rigor of a RAP while providing greater flexibility for employers and workforce partners. Our team can support program design, curriculum, employer coordination, participant tracking, compliance, and ongoing program management. Allegro can also incorporate our ApprenticeFLOW software to coordinate and track apprentices, co-op students, OJT participants, and other experiential learners—bringing progress, documentation, training activities, and program oversight together in one system.
