Path 2 Purpose

Path2Purpose is a program to reach 18-24 year old opportunity youth who do not engage with CareerLink, Pennsylvania’s career centers. The program integrated various technologies (tech stack) into a process that:

• Deployed social media and social media promoted ads to create awareness
• Incentivized action with a gift card
• Used an automated assessment tool to peak engagement interest
• Matched participant with a 30 minute career counseling session
• Concluded with participant taking assessment and counseling session information into their CareerLink

Allegro conceptualized the progress with our clients, SCPaWorks, the WIB for south-central Pennsylvania. We built the tech stack using commercially available components such as Calendly, Dream2Career assessment, and SM scheduling software.
