Executive Partner for Workforce Development

      Shaun Donovan

      Shaun has 20 years of experience in economic development, with 5 years developing programs that bridge workforce development with education and regional business development.  Most recently, he has been an Economic Recovery Corps Fellow working on industry diversification and workforce engagement in West Virginia.  Previously, he served as the Director of Regional Workforce Partnerships at the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC.  In addition to his official role in economic development, Shaun is also an entrepreneur who has started several businesses within the Harrisburg, PA region.  Provisions was an urban grocery store located in the center city of Harrisburg, aimed at bringing fresh and healthy food to the neighborhood.  Appalachian Organics is an online natural food store that was started in 2013.  Shaun holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance from York College of Pennsylvania and a Master's Degree in Leadership and Business Ethics from Duquesne University.

      In addition to his professional pursuits, Shaun is an active leader in his son's Boy Scout Troop and as a Volunteer Firefighter.

          Jogi Daita

          Jogi Daita is the Founder/Partner at Oxygen Ventures and Founder/CEO of Credo Technology Solutions Inc., a high growth IT services firm based in Harrisburg, PA. Jogi earlier ran other consulting firms in US and in India. His broad responsibilities include driving vision, strategy, client relationships and partnerships. Prior to relocating to the US, Jogi was based in Mumbai, India and gained valuable experience in technology startups, private equity, and M&A. He comes to Allegro Learning Solutions with strong passion and understanding of global networks, technology markets, education, and entrepreneurship. He serves as strategic advisor and board member to partner firms. He holds BA in Economics and MBA and is a BITS, Pilani alumni.

              Joel Kline, Ph.D

              Dr. Joel Kline is a Professor in the Department of Design, Media, and Technology at Lebanon Valley College and a co-founding professor of the Digital Communications major. Prior to academia, he was a principal in a boutique digital media agency, served two terms as an elected official, and worked in B2B MarCom in the power generation industry. He is a former Treasurer and board member of the International Digital Media and Arts Association, accredited in PR by PRSA, and holds a Project Management certificate. He teaches, researches, and consults in the fields of innovation, technology strategy, and entrepreneurship.

                  Andy Petroski

                  Andy Petroski  has played a foundational and key role in building immersive learning and instructional technology functions for multimedia firms, corporations, and education.  As Director and Assistant Professor of Learning Technologies he led the MS in Learning Technologies program and learning technologies capabilities at Harrisburg University of Science & Technology; incorporating innovative delivery methods, coordinating outreach and marketing approaches, supporting workforce development projects; and developing a strong network of strategic partners and faculty.  He has also worked in the academic publishing industry as a Senior Director of Custom Curriculum Services, leading the development and delivery of custom solutions for clients in the higher education space.  Andy’s experience with various roles in digital learning including director, project manager, multimedia producer, instructional designer, graphic designer, writer, and developer provides a broad perspective from which to advise and manage learning solutions.  Andy plays an active role in the eLearning industry, writing articles for national and regional publications and presenting at international, national, and regional events and webinars on various online learning, educational technology, multimedia, and user experience topics.  Andy is the co-author of the book Alternate Reality Games: Gamification for Performance, published in 2016.
